POD SYSTEM
- Please check if the fire button is stuck.
- Please check if the pod is installed in place.
- Please check if the electrodes on the pod and device have any grime.
- Please perform a charging test to see if it’s a dead battery.
- Please refer to the user manual of your device, and check the status of the LED indicator to see if there is a short circuit, insufficient power, or the coil and the device are disconnected etc., and then do according to a recheck of 1-4 items.
- The internal components are damaged due to dropping the device or water into the device, resulting in a failure to power on the device.
- Please check if the charger can work normally, and if the charger is abnormal or can’t output a 5V voltage, resulting in a failure to charge the device.
- Please check if the charging cable is normal or whether there is any grime attached to the USB port, change another cable for test.
- Please check if the LED indicator on the device is normal during charging, please refer to User Manual.
- If the device hasn’t been charged when it’s not used or “low battery” for a long time, the battery will be over discharged and damaged, and the battery can’t be recovered after charging for 10-15 minutes, please unplug the charging cable.
- Please charge with recommended adaptor and charging cable from a reputable company.
Please replace a new pod or a new coil, and it is not recommended to continue to use it.
There are usually four problems which could cause coil burnt taste:
- The pod/coil reaches its maximum lifespan.
- Abnormal use and dry burning are prone to burning, for example if the liquid has been exhausted and continuous to be used, it will be prone to burning.
- Using thicker e-liquid (higher vg) can also cause coil burning, and you can replace the e-liquid with a thinner one.
- Please prime the coil before using the device and then wait for about 5 minutes, or it will be prone to burning.
- Please check whether the drip tip cap or filler plug and coil are installed in place, and check whether the silicone ring on the filler plug and coil is damaged or displaced.
- Please note that the drip tip cap or filler plug should be closed immediately after filling e-liquid. If the e-liquid is filled too full, it will cause the e-liquid to overflow.
- If the spitting back is not resolved, we suggest you shake off the condensation in the chimney several times through drip tip and then using it.
- Please use the recommended wattage for fully vaporizing the coil, or it will also lead to liquid into the mouth.
- Please check whether the LED indicator of the device is red or the LED indicator flashes 3 or 5 times, it shows that the battery is too low and should be charged in time.
- The flavor of e-liquid that is being used is weak. It is recommended to try another e-liquid.
- If the e-liquid is not used for a long time after being filled in the pod, the flavor could be bad, especially for the first few puffs, we suggest you replace the e-liquid and the pod.
ATOMIZERS
The following is an example of the KNIGHT Q
- Unplug the cartridge, then remove the insulating paper
- Open the silicone plug,and fill into the e-liquid.
- Put the cartridge into the device and make it connected tightly.
NOTE:Do not inhale immediately after fulfilling, and make the cartridge stand for 5 min before using.
- Please check whether the LED indicator of the device is red or the LED indicator flashes 3 or 5 times, it shows that the battery is too low and should be charged in time.
- The flavor of e-liquid that is being used is weak. It is recommended to try another e-liquid.
- If the e-liquid is not used for a long time after being filled in the pod, the flavor could be bad, especially for the first few puffs, we suggest you replace the e-liquid and the pod.
- The use of e-liquid VG/PG<60/40 will be easily lead to leakage for some coils.
- Please check whether the top cap of the tank is installed in place. If the tank is not covered tightly immediately after e-liquid filling, it can easily cause a large amount of air enter the tank, thus leading to leakage.
- Please check whether the coil is installed in place.
- Please check whether the sealing O-rings of the tank and the coil is displaced, broken or missing.
- If the tank is not used for more than 3 days after being filled with e-liquid, it can easily lead to leakage.
- If the device is placed in a high temperature environment or under direct sunlight outdoors, such overexposure can easily lead to leakage.
- It is not recommended to use the device in an airplane or in a negative pressure environment. The inconsistent internal and external pressure can result in the leakage of the tank.
- Dropping the tank on the ground can easily lead to leakage.
If the tank is to be stored for a long time, please note that:
- The e-liquid in the tank should be cleaned.
- The device with built-in battery should be charged to more than 80% power and then turn it off,
- After cleaning the drying the tank, the tank and device should be sealed and stored separately in hermetic bags.
- Please lower the output power properly.
- Avoid chain vaping.
- Avoid blocking the drip tip of tank with your lips or tongue, and dissipate the heat in time.
- Sub-ohm tank is suitable for direct-to-lung vaping, so please have a deep draw directly into your lung when you use sub-ohm tank, to avoid the airflow air temperature being too high in tank.
MOD
- Please check whether there is any grime attached to the 510 pins of the atomizer and the device, and keep them dry and clean.
- Please replace the atomizer or replace the coil in the atomizer to see if there is a problem with the device.
- Confirm that the atomizer or the coil is installed in place.
- Restart the device.
- The internal component or circuit board is damaged due to the entry of water, leakage or dropping the device, causing the system to exhibit abnormalities.
- Please charge the battery when the capacity of the battery is too low to provide a normal working voltage for the device. This is a normal phenomenon. It is recommended to charge for about 1.5 hours.
Note: Under low-voltage projection, “LOW BATTERY” is set for protecting the life of the battery. - If charging the device does not resolve the problem, restart the device.
- If this problem occurs when using high power, check whether the battery is a high-rate battery. Because if the battery rate is not enough, low power will occur.
- The internal component or circuit board is damaged due to the entry of water, leakage or dropping the device, causing the system to exhibit abnormalities.
- When not in use for a long time, please turn the device off. It is recommended to charge the device at least once a month.

- Make sure the battery is undamaged and completely wrapped;
- Take care of your vaping devices by choosing the proper batteries, for a dual-battery device, it’s recommend that you buy and use batteries from the same brand and from a licensed vaping shop or online shop;
- Don’t leave your batteries charging unattended;
- Don’t over-drain your batteries;
- Avoid extreme temperatures and use married batteries.
- Please clean the +/- pole of the mod and every battery with dry and soft paper to avoid the device having poor connect with battery,
- Perform a charging test and observe whether the device can’t be turned on due to a dead battery.
- The device can’t be powered on due to damage to the battery or insufficient battery voltage. Please choose batteries which are new, genuine, from same brand.
- The internal components are damaged due to the entry of water or dropping the device, resulting in a failure to turn on the device.
- Please keep away from flammable and explosive materials.
- Please keep away from water or other liquids.
- Please do not store with hard objects to avoid scratching of the product.
- Please do not disassemble the product without authorization.
