POD SYSTEM
IF the LED indicator has response,then usually means the device is no problem,so:
- Please make sure the pod is installed correctly.
- Please ensure the electrodes are clean. You can use a alcohol cotton swab to clean the electrodes gently.
- Please replace a new pod or a new coil to see if that helps.
- If above problem still exists, please try to contact us by email: [email protected].
IF the LED indicator has no response,check the device first:
- Please make sure the battery is fully charged.
- Please check if the fire button is stuck when the device has power button; if it is the auto draw device, check if the air vents on device are blocked by substances.
- Please check if the golden pins have the same height or if the pins are stuck，if so，use a alcohol cotton swab to press the pins gently.
- If the LED indicator has response now，but still can’t work，try NO.1-3,IF not,please try to contact us by email: [email protected].
- Please clean the charging port and the cable for test.
- Please change another certified charger and charging cable and try again.
- Please charge with recommended adaptor and charging cable to make sure the charging speed is normal.
- If the device hasn’t been charged when it’s not used or “low battery” for a long time, the battery will be over discharged and damaged.Please charge the device for at least 2 hours to see if the device can turn on.

Please replace a new pod or a new coil, and it is not recommended to continue to use it.
There are usually four problems which could cause coil burnt taste:
- The pod/coil reaches its maximum lifespan.
- Abnormal use such as Using the device lying down，using the device when the liquid has been exhausted，using the device above coil’s maximum output，using the device without being primed fully，etc.
- Check the sweetener and VG levels of the e-liquid you are using. The thicker the e-liquid (higher VG percentage) and sweeter the e-liquid (higher sweetener content), the more likely it is to cause burnt flavor.
- The condensation also can make the flavor bad,so clean it from time to time.
Spit-pack usually happens when too much juice floods in the coil,and excess juice can’t vaporize quickly enough results in gurgling and/or spit-back.So:
- Place a paper towel over the mouthpiece of your device, then sharp flicks downward 3-5 times to remove excess e-liquid,and clean the centre post of your pod/tank with a tissue.
- Fire your battery before inhaling and do this a couple of times for a few seconds each time until you stop hearing any popping.
To prevent the spitting issue, please:
- Please cover the drip tip or the silicon plug back when the refilling is finished.
- Please don’t add too much juice, no more than two-thirds of its capacity.
- Please use the recommended wattage for fully vaporizing the coil.
- Please don’t vape for a long time in a single vape.
- Please don’t vape 70VG or higher e-juice with a high resistance coil intended for mouth to lung.
- Please don’t set it for a long time since the cotton will absorb liquid and will split from the mouthpiece while you inhale it.
- Please don’t use the pod/coil when it reaches its maximum lifespan.
- Please make sure the battery is fully charged.
- Please change another e-liquid,As time goes by,the flavor of e-liquid will be weak.
- Please replace a new pod or a new coil,It is normal that the flavor gets light if the coil has been used for a long time.
If your device has lines in the screen, or the whole screen is black or white but still works, please turn off the device and do a factory reset. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us.

How to Refill a Vape Pod？
TAKE KNIGHT Q AS EXAMPLE
Unplug the cartridge, then remove the insulating paper
Open the silicone plug,and fill into the e-liquid.
Put the cartridge into the device and make it connected tightly.
NOTE:Do not inhale immediately after filling, and make the cartridge stand for 5 min before using.
How to Clean an E-cigarette Pod with Built-in Coils?
If your pod is non-removable, you won’t be able to clean it completely, especially the part that holds the e-liquid. However, for this type of pod, the key is to keep the mouthpiece clean and ensure that the connective magnet remains dry. To achieve this, simply wipe the surface of the pod gently with a tissue, and if necessary, add a little detergent or antibacterial cleaner to effectively remove bacteria and impurities.This will help maintain the cleanliness and longevity of the Pod.
How to Clean a Vape Pod with Replaceable Coils?
a. Gently remove the coil.
b. Rinse the pod with warm water to gently remove accumulated dirt and e-liquid residue. For enhanced cleaning, you can add detergent to help thoroughly remove stains inside the pod.
c. After cleaning, carefully inspect and ensure there are no residuals inside the pod affecting the performance.
d. Gently tap the pod to remove any water inside, preventing residual moisture from affecting the e-liquid.
e. Use some kitchen towels to wipe away water droplets on the pod and allow it to air dry.
f. Finally, place a new coil and refill the pod.
Note： The best time to do pod cleaning is to replace the coil. It is suggested to completely clean for a better vaping experience.
How to Clean an RBA Atomizer?
Mix baking soda and water in a 1:20 ratio. Soak the parts of the atomizer in the mixture for about 10 minutes, and stir to remove impurities. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, then dry the atomizer with a cotton pad or paper towel, or let it air dry.
Note: Remove the coil before cleaning. Do not rinse the coil with water as this will accelerate carbon buildup and rusting.
How to Clean a Pre-built Atomizer?
It’s recommended to disassemble and clean the atomizer after every one or two pods of e-liquid. Use a paper towel or cotton pad to dry it, or rinse with water and then wipe it clean, taking special care to remove any condensation.
Note: Do not rinse pre-made coils with water. Replace the coil if possible. En
- Please check whether the top cap of the pod/tank is installed in place. If the pod/tank is not covered tightly immediately after e-liquid filling, it can easily cause a large amount of air enter the tank, thus leading to leakage.
- Please check whether the silicon o-ring seals well. If it doesn’t, reposition it or replace it with a new one.
- Please check whether the coil is installed in place.
- Please don’t vape when you lie down, it may cause leaking or burning.
- After filling/open the package，please use the pod/tank in time,If it is not used for more than 3 days after being filled with e-liquid, it can easily lead to leakage.
- Please check the PG levels of the e-liquid you are using. The use of e-liquid PG>60 will be easily lead to leakage for some coils.
- Beside all above reasons,the pod/tank can cause minor leaks during use due to changes in pressure, high temperatures, aggressive puffs, etc.When it happen,just clean it with tissue.
Clean the cartridges，store them unopened at room temperature in a dry environment out of reach of children and pets until use.
- Please stop vaping for a while and don’t vape too frequently.
- Please lower the output power properly and vape under the recommended power of the coil.
- Please avoid blocking the drip tip with your lips or tongue and allow it to cool down.
- Please turn up the airflow.
- Please refill with e-liquid in time and always keep it above the MIN level.
MOD
- Please check whether there is any grime attached to the 510 pins of the atomizer and the device, and keep them dry and clean.
- Please replace the atomizer or replace the coil in the atomizer to see if there is a problem with the device.
- Confirm that the atomizer or the coil is installed in place.
- Restart the device.
- The internal component or circuit board is damaged due to the entry of water, leakage or dropping the device, causing the system to exhibit abnormalities.
- Please charge the battery when the capacity of the battery is too low to provide a normal working voltage for the device. This is a normal phenomenon. It is recommended to charge for about 1.5 hours.
Note: Under low-voltage projection, “LOW BATTERY” is set for protecting the life of the battery. - If charging the device does not resolve the problem, restart the device.
- If this problem occurs when using high power, check whether the battery is a high-rate battery. Because if the battery rate is not enough, low power will occur.
- The internal component or circuit board is damaged due to the entry of water, leakage or dropping the device, causing the system to exhibit abnormalities.
- When not in use for a long time, please turn the device off. It is recommended to charge the device at least once a month.
- Please clean the +/- pole of the mod and every battery with dry and soft paper to avoid the device having poor connect with battery.
- Perform a charging test and observe whether the device can’t be turned on due to a dead battery.
- The device can’t be powered on due to damage to the battery or insufficient battery voltage. Please choose batteries which are new, genuine, from same brand.
- The internal components are damaged due to the entry of water or dropping the device, resulting in a failure to turn on the device.
- Please keep away from flammable and explosive materials.
- Please keep away from water or other liquids.
- Please do not store with hard objects to avoid scratching of the product.
- Please do not disassemble the product without authorization.
ACCESSORIES
A. Remember to leave your coil to sit for 5 minutes to make sure it is fully saturated.
B. Make sure the pods’ contact, battery and the whole device are in sound condition.
C. Try various wattage and air flow settings to find the perfect touch for vaping.
- coil Lifespan：approximately two weeks.
- The life of the coil may be shortened if you are vaping heavily on a high wattage.
- Once a coil is burnt, it is permanently damaged.
- The quality of your e-liquid.
It will be very obvious. You should change if you found diminished flavor, less vapor, a burnt or unpleasant flavour and your tank may be leaking more than usual.
Before using a new coil for the first time, it is important to prime your coil directly with e-liquid to prevent the cotton (or wicking material) from burning. New coils are dry and any dry portions of a coil will burn when heated, so it is very important to ensure that the coils are adequately saturated with e-liquid prior to firing them in your tank. It is best to prime (wick) your new coil before installing it.
1. Simply hold the coil with one hand and then with the other take your e-liquid bottle and carefully squirt drops of e-liquid directly onto the cotton (or wicking material) on the inside of the coil.
2. As well as applying e-liquid to the inside of the coil, it is also recommended to squirt a few drops on the actual wicking holes on the side of the coil, to ensure a really good saturation. Usually about 5 or 6 drops on the inside and a couple of drops on each of the side wick holes will be enough.
3. Allow the coils to sit in a full tank of e-liquid for up to 5-10 minutes prior to use to make sure the coil is saturated.
4. Once the coil (wicked)is primed and installed in the tank, it is important not to turn your mod up to high power initially. Simply set your mod below the minimum of the range indicated on the coil and give it a few draws at a lower wattage to make sure the coil is not burning.
5. During this initial process of getting a new coil going, you can also blow into your tank as you fire it (reverse vaping) rather than suck avoiding spit-back that can occur as a result of over-priming. This process will evaporate any excess e-liquid on the coil and bring the coil more saturated.
